If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions please do not use the site and do not register to be a member of We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the WELDER SERVICE PARTS Service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

By accessing the WELDER SERVICE PARTS Service website, and becoming a member you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms & Conditions, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions at any time, reserves the right to limit your access to the Service. WELDER SERVICE PARTS may discontinue or alter any aspect of the Service, including, but not limited to, (a) restricting the time the Service is available, (b) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (c) restricting or terminating any user's right to use the WELDER SERVICE PARTS Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

You are also bound by the shipping and returns policy and the privacy policy.


The WELDER SERVICE PARTS Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



MILLER items not eligible for return include:

• Hardware

• Sheet metal

• Nameplates

• Non-standard or made to order items

• Partial pack quantities

• Any parts considered low usage or not normally stocked by MILLER

• Circuit Boards 

• All bulk cable sold by the foot

• Memory Cards



Shipping is prepaid or free depending on the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.





Some items may not be in stock even if you see they are available for purchase on the website. All items' stock is checked at the time of order. If an item is on backorder you will be notified when we start to process your order by email. We will email you with the expected restock date and you have 2 business days to respond before we place the item on backorder for you. You can cancel an item up until the item is being packaged and prepared to ship out. We cannot guarantee any shipment of an in-stock item. As we have encountered before some items may go on backorder after an order has been processed. We are not notified about these backorders until the initial shipment goes out.
